THC is a 'not-for-profit' Christian health ministry providing holistic health & wellbeing services. We provide service users a 'one-stop-shop' for advice, information, prevention, rehabilitation, self management, and day care support in the care of strokes and stroke risk factors. Our service users are individuals, families, children, young people and communities affected by strokes or any stroke risk factor such as diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases and other lifestyle challenges like cigarette smoking and obesity.
