Stroke Club Birthday Celebration

In our stroke club, we provide advice, information, social support and stroke prevention services to stroke survivors and their carers. The 'action for stroke club' facilitates social inclusion and wellbeing by supporting the participation of stroke survivors and their carers in social stroke support clubs/networks.
